Our basic 'per pound' price covers items that
can be sorted into light-colored loads,
dark-colored clothes, and loads of white
clothes. The basic price includes premium
detergents and softeners; washing, drying,
folding (matching as many socks as possible);
and packaging.

We charge separately for items that can't be
included in our 'sort' of dark/light/white items
(comforters, sleeping bags, rugs, duvets,
mattress covers, toilet seat covers and cleaning
rags for example)
Comforters and sleeping bags
require extra handling and attention, so we
price them by the item.
We need to remind you that
you are responsible for isolating items (in a
plastic bag, for example) that could cause
damage to other items in your laundry bag.
When we see wet dishcloths or cleaning towels in
a plastic bag, we don't know if they are just
wet or contaminated with household cleaning
products (in which case you should also include
a note to let us know about the need for
separate processing). Without a note from
you, we might process something separately that
doesn't need separate processing (more expensive
to you), or not separate something that should
have been (possible damage to your clothes).
If you don't leave us a note with instructions,
then you agree to accept the results of our own
decision.
We will gladly follow any
instruction you might have. Do not put
jeans in dryer, hang all collared shirts, air
dry certain items, do not package children's
clothes with adult clothes or be sure to extra
dry towels; are just some examples of
instructions we will be glad to follow. |

and napkins are finished and folded on large, high-speed
flatwork irons. These machines and our operators
are specially trained for the highest possible quality.
You and your guests will be impressed with how

We are able to provide a wide range
of professional alterations and repairs to garments and
household items. Missing a button? Need those
trousers hemmed? We can take care of all your
needs, saving you time and money.
Many of these alterations and repairs
can be carried out that same day, thus providing for
very quick turnaround time. In some instances, for
example, suede and leather items may require additional
attention, thus requiring a slightly longer turnaround
time.
